At Sea-Gull, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your fashion items, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
